What is Veterinary Urgent Care
Just like in human medicine, not every health concern requires a trip to the emergency room—and the same goes for your pets. Veterinary Urgent Care offers same-day care for non-life-threatening conditions, providing care from our veterinarians without the high cost of emergency veterinary services.
How we see clients
We utilize a virtual waiting room to optimize patient flow and client comfort. When you enter our virtual waiting room, you will be asked for basic patient information to be entered into our system. Once there, you will be called or texted when it is your turn to come into the clinic. In the meantime you are free to stay at home, work, or wherever you need to be until it is your time to come in to the clinic.
How we triage pets
Similar to human medicine, we must first see pets with the most pressing medical needs. This can come down to severity of symptoms, potential outcomes, and a few other factors. The best thing you can do for your pet to be seen is to ensure you fill out the online forms with as much information as you can. Our team will do their very best to ensure that the right care is applied in the most timely fashion.
Triage may also include referring your pet to the emergency veterinary center closest to you.
