Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment:
Flexible financing with no hidden fees. Scratchpay offers simple, transparent payment plans that can be set up in minutes.
You can apply ahead of your visit or at the time of service. Approval does not affect your credit score.
We are currently working on setting up CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows you to spread out payments over time with special financing options. This will be available soon!
We are also working to bring Sunbit to our clinic — a flexible financing solution that makes veterinary care more affordable by breaking larger bills into manageable monthly payments. More info coming soon!
Pet insurance can be a great way to reduce the financial burden of unexpected veterinary costs.
How it works:
We recommend reaching out to your pet insurance company in advance to understand your policy’s coverage, exclusions, and reimbursement timelines. We’re happy to provide itemized invoices to support your claim.
