How it works:
- You pay the clinic in full at the time of service.
- You then submit your invoice to your pet insurance company.
- If the visit is covered, your insurance provider reimburses you directly.
We recommend reaching out to your pet insurance company in advance to understand your policy’s coverage, exclusions, and reimbursement timelines. We’re happy to provide itemized invoices to support your claim.
