We email patient records to the primary (referring) veterinarian within 24 hours of the visit — typically the same day the patient is seen.
Each email clearly states:
At the bottom of the email, you’ll find a link that will take you a separate website where you can download:
Follow the download link included at the bottom of the email you received.
This link will take you to a secure webpage that contains all visit documents. Look for the section labeled “Laboratory.” Under this section, you’ll find PDF documents of any bloodwork that was performed, such as CBCs or chemistry panels.
If you have trouble locating the link or accessing the page, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Just like with the bloodwork, follow the download link included at the bottom of the email you received.
This will take you to a secure webpage that contains all visit documents. Look for the section labeled “Medical Record.” Under this section, download the PDF which includes the SOAP, Discharge Instructions, and any imaging performed.
