Our urgent care clinic is ideal for situations that require prompt attention but are not critical or immediately life-threatening. 

Transcend Veterinary Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm. We are closed on weekends and Holidays.

We encourage pet owners to seek care from Countryside Urgent Care until 8pm on weekdays and 10am-8pm on weekends. For all other times or emergency situations please seek care from Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. 

 We use a queue-based system to care for our patients. You can request a visit through our website or by calling the clinic. Our Certified Veterinary Technicians will triage each case based on severity and let you know when to arrive. 

 Transcend Veterinary Clinic offers comprehensive urgent care for pets, including treatment for injuries, illnesses, and other unexpected health concerns. Our veterinarians are experienced in managing emergencies such as allergic reactions, vomiting, diarrhea, wounds, difficulty breathing, and more. Call us or join the queue immediately for professional assistance. 

 You should seek urgent care if your pet exhibits prolonged vomiting or diarrhea, difficulty breathing, sudden changes in behavior, severe wounds or bleeding, or inability to stand or walk. Our urgent care veterinarians can provide prompt assessment and treatment to stabilize your pet’s condition. 

Once you are entered into the virtual queue, a trained member of our staff will stay in contact until your arrival time is determined. We will stay in touch via either call or text. This way, a room is ready for you on your arrival. 

 Emergencies can include difficulty breathing, seizures, shock, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, ingestion of toxins, or extreme distress. If you’re unsure, call our clinic, and our veterinary professionals will help you determine if immediate attention is necessary. If you believe your pet is truly experiencing a medical emergency, please reach out to the local veterinary emergency center. 

 Bring any medical records you have, a list of medications your pet is currently taking, and information about symptoms or events leading up to the urgent concern. If possible, bring a fresh sample of vomit or feces for analysis. Keeping your pet restrained in a carrier or on a leash will ensure safety. 

 While our clinic hours cover most urgent pet concerns, Transcend Veterinary Clinic is not a 24-hour emergency hospital. If your pet needs care outside our regular hours, we recommend contacting a nearby emergency veterinary hospital. For non-life-threatening issues that can wait until morning, please call us first thing; we reserve same-day appointments for urgent veterinary needs. 

 We do everything possible to assess and treat urgent cases quickly. Most urgent care visits are completed within one to two hours, depending on the level of diagnostics or treatment needed. Pets with life-threatening emergencies are triaged first so they receive immediate attention. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the most critical cases for the best outcomes. 

 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, CareCredit, and pet insurance reimbursements for urgent care visits. We also provide written estimates for your approval so you can make informed decisions about diagnostic tests and treatments.
